Your wif...Heres the basics on IUI with injectibles. Your wife injects herself - the drugs encourages many follicles to develop ultimately looking for 2 to 3 good sized ones. She may or may not take the trigger shot - this tells the good sized follies to release eggs. So, more than one egg is released increasing the chances of pregnancy.
